Delivery & returns of your pallets
DELIVERY OF PALLETS FROM STOCK
Our standard delivery of items we hold in stock is two to three working days from when the order is placed. For some parts of Scotland and Ireland deliveries may take longer and we will discuss this at the time of placing your order or contact you if you have ordered online.
DO YOU PROVIDE A NEXT DAY
As long as your order is placed before 12.00pm we can deliver your pallets from stock the next day. There will be an additional cost of £20.00. Again, for certain parts of Scotland and Ireland we may not be able to offer this service. We can discuss this with you when your order is placed.
To ensure your goods arrive on time, please let us know about any delivery restrictions when placing an order. If any costs are incurred through failed deliveries will be payable by the client where the client or a representative is not available to accept the delivery.
Special requirements such as colours and additional printings and branding may incur a longer lead time. This will normally be highlighted by your sales representative and made clear on your quotation.
Orders can only be cancelled or amended before your order has been processed, after an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel or make amendments to any order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
(INCLUDING GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT)
Stock items that have are unused and in the same condition can be returned up to four weeks from the date of delivery for a refund. The original delivery of the order and the return delivery must be paid by the client.
Any compensation or refunds as result of goods being damaged in transit will need to be stated and signed for at the time of delivery.
